This is about the fear of being perceived, more specifically the fear of never knowing the fragmentations of yourself that exist within the minds of others. As someone who struggles to open up, I am always thinking and wondering about what versions of myself people really know. Painting and writing about painting is something that I believe is genuinely helping me realize that it is OKAY to express genuine thoughts, share hard experiences, and be myself.
